Customized Catering Services To Suit Your Needs

Karen's Katering can provide full service catering for your wedding reception at moderate prices. The basic wedding package includes your choice of wedding cake designs in the traditional white cake with butter cream frosting, hand pressed cream cheese mints, mixed nuts, and our special fruit punch. decor for your wedding can be an elegant reception using silver serving trays or a more contemporary look of ceramics, polished aluminum trays and baskets. Linens for the serving tables are included along with plates, glasses and silverware. Your choice of printed napkins from selected Carlson Craft books are included for receptions of 100 guests or more. A parting gift basket or bag for the bride & groom is furnished, containing samples of all food served at the reception.

Fresh flowers and cake topers may be ordered for an additional charge or you may provide your own. We would be happy to work with your florist to design flowers to compliment your cake. Note: Due to health department regulations, no flowers may be directly inserted into cakes.

For a WOW factor for your wedding the CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN is a BIG HIT. Imagine walking into a room filled with the tantalizing aroma of chocolate and seeing a creamy fall of chocolate served with fresh pineapple, strawberries and bananas along with assorted dipping items such as marshmallows, graham crackers, wafer cookies, pretzels, etc. Your guests will enjoy dipping their favorite items in warm chocolate and rave about the experience for weeks.

You may customize your wedding reception with your choice of hors d'oeuvres and a favorite of many is our fruit displays. Other favorites are our fruited chicken salad croissants, chicken empanadas, meatballs with our own cranberry sweet and sour sauce, spinach dip and our stuffed mushrooms with sausage cream cheese filling. For your own special look, fruit carvings and unique food presentations can be arranged.
